The dealership is realy rather nice, no one harrassed us and I did not feel an immense amount of pressure to purchase a car I could not afford/would not be the right fit for me. He was able to hold the vehicle for us, ensuring we would have the car that we desired. This was the first time we've ever had a pleasant experience at a car dealership. We didn't feel like the sharks were out to “get us”. Diego was straightforward and didn't "BS" us like most sales reps do. When we finally chose a vehicle and we're ready for the paperwork process he then introduced us to Rusti Star. Mr. Star was great in getting a fair deal. The whole process from start to finish was professional yet it didn't feel like we were in a dealership. Luis, Rusti and Alfred were so courteous and made us feel comfortable and confident about our putchase.
