amazing service i went today at lexus north miami with my wife in order to get a lease quotation for a car. we have been welcome from Max and he just let ud feel rea i went today at lexus north miami with my wife in order to get a lease quotation for a car. we have been welcome from Max and he just let ud feel really comfortable being there before to start showing a car he just showed all the dealer and explain perfectly all the benefits to be a customer he just made a question to understand our needs and he really was taking care about our needs and he was really interested finding the right choose for us we had an amazing experience even if i have to say the unfortunately he offered the spa service but while we was waiting for a new car my wife was interested in using the spa and she couldn't experience because the waiting was too long...... intact we left the dealer after 3 hours and nobody called my wife for her appointment this is the only complaint we have to do but was not depending by the seller but unfortunately from the spa organization i strongly raccomand the dealer but i think that they have to take care about this details.... thanks keep going More
