Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Who did it? "Henry James did it" Henry is the best salesman I've dealt with since I've been buying Lexus and I'm on my third SUV. I was so impressed with the car and the staff that I bought a car that same day. The entire experience was pleasant and easy. My sales consultant, George Pakradoonian helped me to pick out the perfect car with all the features I was looking for. He was patient and kind. I told General Sales Manager Ron Martin that I had a long drive home so he walked me through each step of the closing process. He was very considerate of my time and he made sure that I had everything I needed to know for a safe drive back to Tampa. I found the sales department to be efficiently run and it made me feel important and respected. Thank you everyone at Lexus of Miami. I will tell my friends that it is well worth the drive to Miami.
