Our service department is passionate about caring for the best automobiles in the world, and committed to keeping your Lexus vehicle and ownership experience top of the line. Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The Lexus Staff always make you feel like a you are a family. The service I received from the Rusty Star the Sales Manager was awesome. I can't say enough about the staff, from the Salesman Alberto Mesa, General Sales Manager, Ron Martin and the Director of Sales Richard. The whole staff goes above and beyond my expectations to make my buying experience a smooth and pleasurable. I recommend Lexus of North Miami to all my friends. Finally, I have to mention that Ron came and introduce himself and shook my hand and thank me for being a loyal customer.
