Satisfied beyond my imagination. As exciting as getting a new car is , we ve all experienced the not so fun part so I was a it apprehensive. I went to the Lexus dealer in North Miami As exciting as getting a new car is , we ve all experienced the not so fun part so I was a it apprehensive. I went to the Lexus dealer in North Miami looking for a specific car I had spotted online . To my surprise when I arrived I spotted a co worker who was also on the same mission I was and he immediately recommended me to Justin . He went on about how great he was and that he d be able to find me exactly what I wanted and of course work with my budget. I waited for them to finish up while I drank my complementary iced caffe mocha. ( had to mention that since my wife was thrilled) Anyways my experience with Justin was great although I had to wait for my car to arrive which was beyond his control (since I wanted was not in stock) he followed up with me on a daily basis truly showing me that he cared and was interested in making me feel at ease . I didn't go with the car I originally had in mind because Justin made me realize it wasn't the best choice . As a sales person myself I was going in there with my guard up but when I realized he really had my best interest in mind I knew I had came to the right person . I am currently driving an IS250 sports package White with red interior and the best part is he was able to work on the monthly payment and accommodate according to my needs . My wife is going back next week for her new car, Justin has definitely become our guy! More

Excellent customer service Alberto is an excellent salesman who took care of us after we were passed on to him by another salesman. Alberto was genuine and sincere in his desire to help us buy a car with as little hassle as possible. We ran into a few bumps in the road when we initially bought a CPO car one night and had to return the next morning because it was not up to par, we went on to purchase a new car instead. He handled the problem perfectly and got us into a new car without a hitch. Alberto is truly a pleasure to deal with and most importantly he remained that way after the deal when we had another small issue with window tinting come up. The fist salesman told us we where out of luck and there was he nothing to be done, Within an hour Alfredo called us and had resolved the problem. He is not a short sighted salesman who is just looking for the quick sale he has foresight to establish relationships that can go to produce future sales. My wfe and I HIGHLY recommend Alberto Mesa to anyone who is need of a Lexus. He should be the salesman that the rest of the staff aspire to be. More

Excellent experience I visited Harry Faitelson at Lexus of North Miami at the recommendation of several of my friends who had bought cars from him. Although my initial int I visited Harry Faitelson at Lexus of North Miami at the recommendation of several of my friends who had bought cars from him. Although my initial intention was only to look at a Lexus SUV and obtain a price, I drove out of the dealership with a new RX 350. My friends were right - Mr. Faitelson was not the usual pressure car salesman, but very articulate, knowledgeable and professional.
