My friends were buying a new car and throughout the process, which felt more like a visit to a friends home, I became interested in getting in a new car. Our salesman, Justin Adderly, was extremely patient with us (he even took a really late lunch for us). He gave us a complete tour of their amazing facility, waited for us to have lunch (please try the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich), and worked on our deal diligently. Justin guided me in the right direction and helped me take home the car I truly needed. Matthew Silva in finance also had so much patience with us. Usually people in finance are grouchy but with Matthew, it felt like we were longtime friends - great attitude and personality. Last but not least: Yoni, thank you for treating us like royalty. I've never had such a great experience at a car dealer and I know this is in part because you are there. Long story short, I left my Mercedes parked in their lot and took home a brand new Lexus. Not so much in the places I had been. My friend friend told me about LEXUS of NORTH MIAMI, I had driven by it many times, and almost felt intimidated by the grandeur of this ginormous, hanger like dealership. When I went in, immediately there was someone there to greet me, that person was George Pakradoonian, and the rest is brand new LEXUS history for me. George was very pleasant, knowledgable, and very helpful, showed me the entire complex, explained all the services (and there are many) and when I found the one, he made sure everything went smothly during the aquasition, they even had an awesome insurance dept. with a great guy, Yuri Reboredo, that went above and beyond to help me get the best coverage, for the best price. All and all, George and LEXUS of NORTH MIAMI was an exceptinly pleasant and rewarding experience, I highly recommend them............... Thanx George?? More

Fast and exact ! I had no time to come over and spend the usual 4 hours at the dealership. After online chatting , I've got connected with Luis.
