My boyfriend and I went into the dealership looking to trade my corolla in for a new GS350. While looking through the showroom we were greeted by the staff; everyone was very courteous. We immediately saw the car in the show room we wanted. A Atomic Silver Gs. We started speaking to a sales representative, Joshua Rosa. Mr. Rosa was very open to help us with our trade and seemed genuinely interested in making our a experience, a pleasant one. He explained to us the numbers and even took it a step further to speak with the managers a couple of times to see if we could break even with our trade. I would recommend Joshua Rosa to anyone seeking to buy a vehicle, as he did go above and beyond to meet out expectations. Mr. Rosa then introduced us to Mathew Silva, a Business Manager that would help us with the financing. The thing I most enjoyed about Mathew Silva was that he was very easy to speak to. I usually dread speaking to anyone in finance because of their, lack of a better word, "stubbornness" and "pushiness". He explained everything in a way that we could understand and actually learn with. We left that night extremely impressed and over joyed with our brand new 2015 Lexus GS350. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! And to conclude, I am happy to suggest that if you visit this dealership, ask for Joshua Rosa and Mathew Silva. You wont regret it! More

I bought my vehicle, GX450, in o I give John Wirshing a poor review in the handling of this detail in that like others contacted he did not call back. I bought my vehicle, GX450, in on two separate Saturdays for service. During the first service, the oil and mechanics were checked but a detail job which was supposed to be done was not. The explanation was that it was a different area and would have to be brought back. I had a loaner for the day but was called back late in the afternoon after taking it in early in the morning for both services. On the second Saturday, I bought it in early on to find that no loaner was arranged and not available. I told Tino that I would need a loaner and told me that one would be available. When I get there, no vehicle is available and an expectation for me to stay at the facility until the work is done. I told him earlier that I had a funeral to attend and needed transportation. A meeting was to be set up the following Saturday. I got a call on Wednesday, May 6 to setup a Saturday May 9 date. I asked if a loaner would be available and was told that no loaner is given for this purpose as word from his supervisors. I told him that was not previously relayed to me and during the purchase of the vehicle it was was important and implied that a loaner would be available for this purpose. He asked me if I could drop it off and have someone pick me up. I could not do it. I told him to consider me dropping off the car late in the afternoon and getting a loaner for overnight and pick up the next day. He told me that he would talk to his supervisor. I never got a call back from him. I wrote and explained this message to John Wirshing and never got back a response. I'm truly disappointed in the service and wish this purchase had not happened. I will inform my friends and not consider buying another vehicle from Lexus especially a used vehicle. Thank you for previous service on my RX300. More
