Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Best Experience for sure! Justin and Paul are the best. My past experiences with sales were kinda sketchy and always had some hidden agenda. But with Justin and Paul, No BS, th Justin and Paul are the best. My past experiences with sales were kinda sketchy and always had some hidden agenda. But with Justin and Paul, No BS, they just give it to you straight what exactly the customer needs based on what the customer is looking for. I got my new ES 350 and i'm very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend both Justin and Paul. After we agreed upon the deal, Matt Silva was very helpful in quickly processing all my paper work, my insurance, it was just a pleasant experience over all. The reason it was pleasant because they don't just push and talk about selling a car to the customer. They help the customer based on their situation and they do every thing in their power to make the situation work for both customer and the dealer, in the end both would be happy with the deal. More
