Lori took her time showing us the vehicles we were interested in and within our price range. My wife and daughter drove an amazing ES350 with all the bells and whistles and we chose a great car! The salesperson we had contacted by phone days earlier greeted us as though we were expected and took care of us all day, showing us a number of options but helping us to settle in on the one that was right for us, which we drove home! Henry James was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and best of all helpful, not pushy. We enjoyed our day immensely. Especially the drive home!
