Lexus North Miami Saved The Day I'll try and make a long story short. I ercently made the mistake of not listening to my gut and leasing a Mercedes GLK. The minute I drove off the lot I knew I made a mistake. Fortunately the dealer had a 3-day return policy. I immediately called Lexus North Miami, which I had already visited, told them of the situation and asked if they could help me out. The next day I returned the Mercedes and ended my day driving off in my new Lexus NX. My Sales Associate, Jose Salas went above and beyond to help me going so far as to pick me up at the Mercedes dealer when I returned the car. Jose steered the entire process and he and the entire team were excellent. Their insurance specialist researched better deals for me while simultaneously transferring my insurance to my current carrier. Matt, the Finance Manager made the finance paperwork process simple and fast. When all the t's were crossed and i's dotted, Jose took me through all of the car's bells and whistles (and there are a lot of them!) until I was 100% comfortable. Best part was driving off in my new Lexus NX with the exhilaration I didn't feel the day before. Since then Jose has made sure to follow-up with any questions or concerns I might have. Even though it all worked out in the end wish I has listened to my gut and fine with Lexus in the first place. More

The most comfortable car buying experience ever!!! If you're anything like me it's normally an uneasy/nerve-wrecking experience when purchasing a new vehicle. But those car buying blues are now a thing If you're anything like me it's normally an uneasy/nerve-wrecking experience when purchasing a new vehicle. But those car buying blues are now a thing of the past for me, because today I had the most comfortable car buying experience ever. Justin Adderly was my leasing consultant and he did a wonderful job at explaining each and every detail of my new lease, as well as answering any questions that my wife and I had (oh we had a lot of questions, her more than I but thats besides the point). After my wife and I came to an agreement as to which vehicle we were most interested in, Mr. Adderly took us for a test drive in the 2015 GS 350 model and explained every detail of the interior and exterior of the car. Matthew Parke was my finance manager and it was a pleasure dealing with him as well. Mr. Parke was professional yet down to earth and at no point in time during my purchase did I feel any pressure from either Mr. Adderly or Mr. Parke. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit with these two gentlemen for any future vehicle purchases or leases. I'm very particular and most dealers like to sell what's on the lot and usually don't have what I want. She was ok with finding what we wanted. She listened, she smiled, she was friendly and clearly had been in the customer service industry before, but I don't know if that's a fact... I recommend seeing her and having the experience we did.
