I met him one week ago, through word of mouth, by a Service Agent. She said he was the absolute best to work with. I was in no mind set to lease a new car, but I figured what do I have to lose. I must say that Justin took the time to gain my trust, being honest and straightforward. He listened, answered my questions diligently and clearly, and never hesitated when I asked a million more questions. I've purchased and leased numerous cars and honestly, Justin exceeded my expectations, delivering excellent service and commitment to me. He made me feel like I was important and that my feelings mattered. I know that I will be referring all of my friends, family and co-workers to Justin Adderly! He truly deserves ten awards for exceptional service. Then there was Matthew Parke...another example of making me feel important and wanting to help me achieve what I was looking for. This is primarily due to the professionalism and personal care that I received from Sera Bruno. I had purchased my previous Lexus through Sera and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. She has followed up with me periodically and, as a result, I contacted her again to discuss new car purchases for both myself and my daughter. Once again I am amazed by her attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism. I also had questions about getting my current car serviced. She hooked me up to the right staff at her service department who expertly answered all of my questions.
