Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Professionalism is not found often and Carlos is most definitely that. He helped me out more than I could have asked for and even when I was about to leave he went beyond for me to figure out a way were definitely that. I really appreciate the commitment that Carlos showed in try to get me into my new 2021 Lexus IS350. Carlos took it upon himself to help me get the best deal possible after I mentioned to him that I just go try to get me into my new 2021 Lexus IS350.
