Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Real bad experience. Horrible I would say. Everything thing was a fraud in this dealer. the original Numbers given to me was not what I received when I got my first payment in the mail. Peter branch man thing was a fraud in this dealer. the original Numbers given to me was not what I received when I got my first payment in the mail. Peter branch manager was very rude and unprofessional. Did not wanted to give me proof of My original papers. . . Bella the sales person was embarrassed. But she never spoke up to reveal the truth about the numbers. Sad and And stayed quite throughout the process. She knew exactly what went wrong. . And never spoke up. Numbers were fixed and altered. Definitely fraudulent dealer. Will never do Busniess here again. More
