I have had multiple disappointing experiences with this Lexus dealership. I paid about $1,400 to have all four tires replaced, a tire rotation, and a four-wheel alignment. Before the service, my vehicle Lexus dealership. I paid about $1,400 to have all four tires replaced, a tire rotation, and a four-wheel alignment. Before the service, my vehicle had no vibration issues, and I was never informed that any of my rims were damaged. After the service, my car developed a vibration. When I returned, I was assigned to a different service advisor, who told me one rim was bent and quoted me $1,200 to replace it. The bend is on the inside of the rim, the tire isn’t leaking air, and I was never informed of any rim issue before the work was completed. This is also the same dealership that previously mishandled the calibration of my vehicle after collision repairs. Their own documentation states the previous calibration was not fully completed, and I had to involve the Service Manager, Better Business Bureau, and Lexus Corporate before the issue was finally addressed. After multiple bad experiences with this service department, I’ve decided to get rid of my Lexus and move to a different brand. I expected much better from a luxury dealership. More

On 6-15-2026, I purchased a Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Nashville. My experience with Bobby was awesome. I must say this has been my best car buying experience ever. Bobby is definitely professional, polite and honest, If I was Bobby's manager, I would reward him to continue to work at this dealership as long as he wants to work there. messed up my infotainment system after simple fix now looks like a trash dont have time to drive back and forth 120 miles to do the same loaner car process again then come back after fixing what they did looks like a trash dont have time to drive back and forth 120 miles to do the same loaner car process again then come back after fixing what they did to my screen , there is a huge gap between dash trim and screen i tried to push it back but i don't want to put more force because clips holding screen may get broken , the screen has to be taken back out from dash to adjust it and get it flushed in place , i wish i can post a pic here but i added a pic on my other review can go there to see what i am talking about More
My wife and I went to Lexus of Nashville to look at the TX in person. While wondering around in the wrong place the finest gentleman, Bobby J, greeted us. Once we had questions we easily contacted Bobby and he took care of us with the most professionalism that I have seen in a long long time. Although we were not looking to buy that day, we saw a TX on the showroom floor that really caught our eyes. Bobby, put together the information on the price and value of our potential trade-in. He put the document in front of us and dismissed himself to allow my wife and I to discuss without a salesperson hovering over us. It was so refreshing and we were able to make a deal on my wife’s new, beautiful TX! On top of having the most professional, kind, courteous salesman, we were also impressed by all the folks we dealt with during our purchase. Mike S, the tech guy, went over all the features of the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with the technology.
