After speaking with him regarding all my options, I chose to buy a 2025 Lexus TX. He knew exactly what features I wanted, which was (almost all of them). We found the perfect one, which was in transit. The car arrived within a few days, and I was driving it just days later. He answered my text messages promptly and was just a phone call away. We bought our first Lexus and it was such a rewarding experience because of Tiffany Humberstone - she did everything and anything to get us the car, color and interior we wanted. We had stopped at another Lexus dealer prior to this and we walked out with little help. Tiffany was not pushy at all just extremely helpful. We have bought many cars because we are in the 70’s and by far she is the best in sales we have encountered. We also went back to learn more about our new car to the Technology Specialist named Michael Comer who is really awesome. He explained everything on the Lexus in full and I took videos so as I could go back over it. This is so useful for getting to know your vehicle. Mike knew everything in detail on our Lexus and even set things for us. Sure does make things so much easier to figure your car out.
