Our experience picking up our new Lexus Hybrid from Lexus of Milwaukee was incredible. They took us to look at the car - it had a big red bow on it, as well as a dozen beautiful red roses. Nick Pfeffer served us as we walked into the dealership on Friday, November 15th. We were not planning on purchasing a car that day. We planned to test drive one and then think about our options. After speaking with Nick, getting an opportunity to drive one of the 2025 Lexus 350s, we could not pass up the deal! Nick did a great job serving us, answering all our questions and catering to our every need. One other stand out during our experience was Ben the tech rep. He did a phenomenal job introducing us to all the new features of our new Lexus. This was an additional piece of the relationship we did not realize we needed but are so grateful for! Excellence can be identified by how much care a person puts into the details! No detail was spared. Thank you! Milwaukee Lexus is 5 star regarding service, product and salesmen-ship.
