I have been looking at the same 2019 RX with 15300 miles since the beginning of June I was told that the vehicles cannot be sold pre-owned certified until a part which it needed was replaced and with C19 I had no problem waiting. Went back to the dealership 2 weeks ago vehicle still not on the lot a salesman came out gave me his card and said he would call once it was on the lot. He did call stated car was available and there was no room for negotiation the price is the price so I waited a few more weeks the car is still available and still be advertised with the same mileage and price. Today I went to see the car it was on the lot and available. Here is the kicker I am trading a 2017 vehicle with very low miles and even the dealership gave it an excellent grade per KBB, they came back at the lowest price which was fine I still have some wiggle room I was very close to saying yes. So I decide to take the 2019 RX out for a test drive and it doesn't have 15300 miles it has 20028 miles 25% more than advertised I thought I was given the wrong car. The salesman stated that someone has been driving the car than I asked how much are they taking off since it now has 5000 miles more and the answer was SAME Price no difference for an additional 5000 miles this makes no sense to me. I am sure if I brought the car I was trading with an additional 5K in miles the price would change from their original offer. In closing I have made more than 1 attempt to look at this car since the beginning of June at this point I am very disappointed with Lexus of Merrillville I am not sure why I was not called about it once it was repaired but I will see what happens over the next few days. More

Still have no idea why he felt the need to threaten us. We were with our 8 month old and our 2 year old. Seriously? Calling the cops on two parents with two young ones? Are we that threatening to you? Unreal. He should be relieved of his duties at Lexus. He’s a horrible person. More
Wrong quote over the phone I called for my 20K mile service. I asked if the 20K service was still complimentary and was told it was not. I said it was not worth the drive and I called for my 20K mile service. I asked if the 20K service was still complimentary and was told it was not. I said it was not worth the drive and the woman on the phone told me are you sure the oil change is under $50. When I arrived I was told the service for oil change and tire rotation would be $164.68. when I told the service rep. what was quoted to me first he said that is not the correct price as my vehicle need full synthetic oil, then he came back and said I was quoted for 25K mike service which would be a little over $50. I do not believe any of this as it still was not the same price I was quoted. This is my second new Lexus purchase from this dealership, I wont be back. More
