In my opinion, this dealership just keeps getting batter. I was a customer at the old store on the other side of town and they have managed to maintain that small dealer feeling in a much larger environment. Helpful and friendly without playing games. Some people enjoy the car-buying process, but i think most people feel uncomfortable dealing with a stranger. Jerry cuts through that in a very professional way. Lexus builds some of the best vehicles on the planet and a good salesman can help put one in your garage without making you feel like you overpaid. Four months ago while our Lexus was being serviced we killed time by wandering through the showroom. Linda LaBerge asked if she could be of assistance. Although we said we were not in the market, she spent a lot of time with us, answering our general questions and educating us about the various models. She was low key and we felt no pressure. Four months later, we faced major repairs to our car so we decided we needed to replace it. We had intentionally kept Linda's business card and called her for an appointment. She spent about four hours with us--again, very low-key and we felt no pressure to buy. She was straightforward and exceedingly knowledgeable. After we had agreed to purchase the vehicle, Linda made sure that it was thoroughly serviced and detailed and she arranged to have the new tires on the car replaced with others more to our liking. We would seek her our again and recommend her to anyone. She's an extraordinary sales representative. More

With the power of the internet and internet marketing of automobiles, I utilized this tool to locate the "right" used, certified Lexus LS460. Linda LaBerge and I made email and then phone contact to discuss the auto and price. She also assisted with getting me directed to the finance manager for financing. When I saw the auto at the dealer, I was quite pleased. Everything went smoothly and everybody was very professional, and what an attractive dealership ! First class operation and staff. More
From the time I called in to set an appointment to see a sales executive, I felt treated like a good, repected friend. The sales person spent many hours with me, helping me pick my car, get quotes on trade-in, get financing information, etc. She even drove around with me to get the new (used) car checked by my mechanic and pick up my trade-in car. She continued to treat me with great respect throughout the entire process. After I bought the car, there were service items that needed to be handled, and my sales person picked up my new purchase at my workplace and left me with a loaner car. The loaner car was not the typical loaner - it was a 2011 model of the same used car I purchased. It was probably a $45,000 car, in comparison with the $1200 beaters I've gotten before as loaners. All work was completed as promised, and communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process. To top it off, Lexus was not able to wash my car for me, because of the weather - my sales person invited me to drop by as soon as the weather improved and they would wash the car as a complimentary service. The keys words in my experience of working with Lexus are Friendly, Service and Respectful. I'm 100% thrilled with the relationship between Lexus and myself. More

Looking for a new vehicle can be overwhelming and time consuming. From the moment I entered the Lexus dealership and explained to Terry Sheldon what I was looking for and why I was looking to trade alrea consuming. From the moment I entered the Lexus dealership and explained to Terry Sheldon what I was looking for and why I was looking to trade already, he was professional, nonjudgemental and very helpful. Having some issues with connecting my cell phone both he and the service manager have been very helpful and willing to take as much time as needed to figure out why my phone wasn't always connecting. Terry called again to see how my bluetooth was working and with still some connecting problems he had their new technical support person (Adam) call and we will continue to trouble shoot the problem. I feel very good about my decision to buy the Lexus. It is a wonderful vehicle and the support from the Lexus dealership makes me feel that I have made the right choice. More

It was our first time with Lexus of Madison; the care and experience was nothing short of wonderful. Any and all of our questions were answered. I was very upset with Lexus customer service in CA. They did not stand behind their warranty on my 2007 RX. I vowed to never buy another Lexus. I visited the Madison location with yet another weird problem with my RX (another $1800, after $2500 earlier this year). Then, they made a liar out of me. I bought another Lexus. So, I ate crow with friends and family, who knew of my vow vs Lexus. THe Lexus of Madison personnel were very down to earth; applied no pressure; and seemed to genuinely care about me as a Lexus owner and the bad deal that I received from their home office customer service in CA in January 2011. (That gal in CA that handled my warranty claim should be fired (and I am not that sort of guy). She did not give a crap about me or the fact that my RX began to have problems in -18 weather in Northern WI, at least 4-5 hour drive from your nearest Lexus dealership in the middle of a December night. People in CA do not know how dangerous -18 can be. If I would have pulled over to wait for roadside assistance, I would have froze to death.) Also, it was very late at night, and other road traffic was nearly nil. Civilization in Northern WI, in the middle of the night, in the dead of winter, is like Siberia. Mark and another associate in service took me in (after they were closed) and gave me a safer, loner RX to drive home. They fixed my driver's seat, which somehow became dislodged from its running track ($1800)....Linda was my sales associate. She was outstanding before, during and after the sale....Karen took my money, which is always painful, but she made the best of it.....I even crossed paths with the Dealership manager in the parking lot last Saturday, and we exchanged friendly words on the surprise inch or two of snow we received during the night (12/17)......And, their receptionist (Patti) is also very friendly and down to earth. I will recommend this dealership to friends and associates in the future. More
