I really like Bergstrom Lexus. However, I took my Lexus RX350 in for preventitive maintenance, and I had one last free preventive maintenance visits per our CPO agreement, and was However, I took my Lexus RX350 in for preventitive maintenance, and I had one last free preventive maintenance visits per our CPO agreement, and was hit with a $250 "brake line drain" fee. Personnally, draining my brakeline seems like preventative maintenance to me, but for some reason, it is not covered by the free preventative maintenance services agreed upon. The other thing that xxxxxx-me-off is since this is recommended at 50,000 miles, why wasn't anything said before I dropped-off my car. It's as if they get your car and then spring this "brake line drain" thing on you knowing perfectly well you're going to agree to it since you have the car and since it is "recommended". So, I cannot say I was happy with my last service at Bergstrom Lexus of Madison. Thanks, Donald Alvis More

We all make mistakes. I reviewed this dealership with low grades because I bought new tires there and they failed to do the promised alignment. After I posted my bad review, a manager contacted me and apologized, promising to send someone to get my vehicle the next day and to perform the alignment at no cost. They did all that, and even washed the car before returning it. Any business can have an off day or an off moment. The real test of the quality of a business is what it does after it has made a mistake. Bergstrom Lexus of Madison measured up in all respects. I appreciate that there are still places that care deeply about customer service and that act on that caring. In our world it is easy to share criticism. But it is always delightful to be able to share compliments that are richly deserved. The folks at Bergstrom realize that it is not only the mistake that matters, but the recovery from the mistake, which can matter more. Well done! More
