I had to replace both windshield wipers because they were both broken, which cost me $60. I didn't notice this right away until it rained a week later. I believe that whoever detailed the car stipped them. I would like you to know this so that this doesn't happen to another customer in the future. Also, my radio doesn't work very well at all. It is scratch and staticy a lot of the time on many of the local radio stations. When I called Linda about this I was referred to Ballweg. Ballweg did a horrible job and merely turned on the radio and said it worked. According to their report they didn't do in-depth examination of the antenna. I feel like they didn't want to do any work since the car was under warrenty. My radio is still not up to par and I feel like it might be faulty. More
I am very appreciative that the team worked with me to get me my vehicle for Mothers Day. They went over the top to make this happen. He provided me with extremely detailed information about the vehicle, more than I have ever been given in any other purchase. My first contact with Jeff was over the phone; he was cordial, responsive and precise. I was provided with further answers to my questions via email; some of his responses were three paragraphs long! My visit to the dealership was a revelation: quiet, elegant surroundings where a buyer could contemplate the purchase in comfort. At no time was there "hubbub" or a background din making careful consideration difficult. I found Jeff extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and could discuss at length the various features and why they were important. We came to an agreement on price within five minutes. He explained the various components that went into the price and why the dealership could be flexible (or not). I felt that I was getting a first-rate automobile at a reasonable, fair price. On the day that my wife and I took delivery of the car, Karen walked us through the paperwork in an efficient and friendly manner. We joked about money matters, but always with a sense of good humor. I was very impressed with Adam's ability to show us the technological features of the car in a logical and organized manner and that I could ask him questions or return for more training at any time. Small cosmetic issues were handled effectively by the Service Area quickly and without cost. More
