I went in for an oil change and came out with a "new to me" car. Told Brian this would probably be the last oil change on this car as I thought it was time to trade - he fixed me up with Linda while I to me" car. She was very personable to work with, knew her products and very nicely led me to a decision. I hope to continue to work with her and I will send my friends to her. Linda was fabulous! However, I was very disappointed Linda was fabulous! However, I was very disappointed about a couple of things. I had to replace both windshield wipers because they were both brok Linda was fabulous! However, I was very disappointed about a couple of things. I had to replace both windshield wipers because they were both broken, which cost me $60. I didn't notice this right away until it rained a week later. I believe that whoever detailed the car stipped them. I would like you to know this so that this doesn't happen to another customer in the future. Also, my radio doesn't work very well at all. It is scratch and staticy a lot of the time on many of the local radio stations. When I called Linda about this I was referred to Ballweg. Ballweg did a horrible job and merely turned on the radio and said it worked. According to their report they didn't do in-depth examination of the antenna. I feel like they didn't want to do any work since the car was under warrenty. My radio is still not up to par and I feel like it might be faulty. More
