Joe Brooks always provides exemplary customer service. If the service will require a few hours, he already has a loaner car ready. He always explains exactly what was done to the car, and why. His hemeanor is always very pleasant and professional. The service performed always is excellent, as it should be. Never a rattle from a nut or bolt not tightened, or something "forgotten" in the engine compartment. The car is always washed and ready when promised. This service department helped me get over 300,000 miles of dependable driving from my last Lexus, and I expect they will help me do that again. More
