Service department. Young man who checked in my loaner was not very professional! Upon returning the car I parked it outside which is where I picked it up from, While I Young man who checked in my loaner was not very professional! Upon returning the car I parked it outside which is where I picked it up from, While I was waiting for someone to speak with he approached me and ask if anyone was helping me. I said no but I was there to return loaner and pick up my car which was there for service. He informed me that I should have pulled the loaner into a bay and had I done so “ it would have saved everyone some trouble “ I apologized and went where he instructed me to go to pay for the service done to my Lexus. The lady at the desk was not professional either. I thought the charges on my bill would be explained but I had to inquire about each one. After a few loud sighs my bill was paid and off I went.
