I was able to make an appointment online to have my lexus serviced but did not make transportation arrangements. When I got to the dealership the issue was a water pump. My car was ready much early than expected, the Bob made sure I had a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. When I dropped off and picked up my car everyone is helpful making sure I had all my questions answered and was able to get back to work quickly. More
This is nothing not to love about Lexus of Louisville. We have purchased two vehicles from them and had nothing but wonderful experiences each time we walk through the door for our maintenance. Joe Brooks always provides exemplary customer service. If the service will require a few hours, he already has a loaner car ready. If the service time is short, he will make sure I am comfortable in teh lou the service will require a few hours, he already has a loaner car ready. If the service time is short, he will make sure I am comfortable in teh lounge area, and he provides frequent updates on the repair status. He always explains exactly what was done to the car, and why. His hemeanor is always very pleasant and professional. The service performed always is excellent, as it should be. Never a rattle from a nut or bolt not tightened, or something "forgotten" in the engine compartment. The car is always washed and ready when promised. This service department helped me get over 300,000 miles of dependable driving from my last Lexus, and I expect they will help me do that again. More

The area to wait for your car is most comfortable. Have owned a Lexus since they first arrived in this city. I bought one of the first ones when the dealer opened here in Louisville. Will not have any other car!! More

This is my second experience with the service department dealing with Tina Bowman. Both experiences were enough for me not to utilize the service department in the future.
