I have been to Lexus of Louisville several times since buying my first Lexus in 2010 and would not take my Lexus anywhere else! Everyone, from the guys who take my keys from me, to the service rep, to the receptionists are very friendly, polite, and respectful. I was very impressed by Joe Brooks, my service rep most recently, who made a point of coming out to meet me, to shake my hand, and to thank me for being a customer. I also love that I can get a complimentary vehicle whenever I drop off my car for something as simple as an oil change. I appreciate that the loaner vehicles are very nice, new luxury cars and SUVs and makes taking my car in for service almost fun because I get to drive a nice new fun car for the day. Most importantly, I know I can rely on the professionals at Lexus to take good care of my car and to keep it in tip-top shape over the years. They may be more expensive than other repair shops, but the peace of mind is well worth it. I put many miles on my car each day and need to be able to trust that it will get me where I need to go - safely and reliably. And I can do that with Lexus of Louisville. While I have worked with other reps, I usually deal with Joe Brooks when taking my GS or my husband's LX in for service. He goes out of his way to accommodate us. My husband's Lexus has over 300,000 miles on it and it drives like new.
