Beyond Expectations I organize and help others purchase cars at least 5 times a year, because of this I have dealt with many dealerships. I was first contacted by Andre b I organize and help others purchase cars at least 5 times a year, because of this I have dealt with many dealerships. I was first contacted by Andre by my preferred method of communication (text). When talking with Andre I asked for additional pictures, questions about the service, and his professional opinion. He met each one of my requests without hesitation and remained informative. Due to traffic we arrived at the dealership a little bit later than I expected and I communicated this with Andre. His concern was that I made it to the dealership safely. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Elliot the sales manager. He provided us with refreshments and found Andre. My wife and I drove the vehicle and it was exactly how Andre described it. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Andre took the time to explain our options carefully and clearly in order to make sure we were informed of the process even though we were there beyond their normal operating hours. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever completed. During the process Elliot took the time to check in with us and even provided my wife with dinner recommendations as well. It was evident that he cared. Next we spoke with Jerry in finance where he explained all of our options for warranty coverage and which would be best for our needs. If you are looking for an amazing sales experience that matches the Lexus brand this is the place to go. We drove two hours to buy our vehicle and we will not hesitate to do it again.
