Pleasant Ezperience I came in to Lexus of Louisville to look at and test drive a used vehicle. Because I had made a bad decision a few months earlier (from another car I came in to Lexus of Louisville to look at and test drive a used vehicle. Because I had made a bad decision a few months earlier (from another car dealer entirely) I wanted to get rid of the current vehicle I was driving. (The seats hurt my back.). Little did I know going there that I would be able to make a deal. However, my salesman Tom was very down to Earth, patient and non-pushy. They came back with numbers I was most pleased with and the experience was all around a pleasant one.. I really feel this dealership went above and beyond to earn my business, and I could not be happier with the used Lexus LS 460 I purchased.. Looking forward to many years of driving enjoyment. This dealership is top notch and I will be recommending it to all my friends and neighbors. No hassle, and the people there are not money-centric ...but definitely people centric! Cannot recommend this dealership enough! What are you waiting for? 😀 More
