Tire issue at end of the day I got new tires at Lexus earlier this year and had an issue will a bubble in one of the sidewalks after apparently driving over a curb. After calling I got new tires at Lexus earlier this year and had an issue will a bubble in one of the sidewalks after apparently driving over a curb. After calling ahead they had me bring in my vehicle and I got there about half an hour before closing time. Lexus lined up one of the nicest loaner vehicles around town - a 2019 ES350. How many places give you a loaner car that's a brand new vehicle and not a beater?! Got a new tire the next morning and i traded in the very nice loaner for my own car. Thanks Lexus! You always treat your patrons top of the line. 🔆 More
