Kennedy an assistant was a little go getter. It was very cold out and she wanted to install new mats. Then got a 12’ ladder out of the garage;man handled that all by herself. I’ve had my NX350h for 9 months now and have had better service (customer & car) than the last decade. Needed a tire replaced due to an unfortunate nail - I did try taking it to a tire shop first where the service (customer & car) than the last decade. Needed a tire replaced due to an unfortunate nail - I did try taking it to a tire shop first where they said it was unrepairable. Took it to Lexus and they scheduled me for 2 days later but got me in a day later, as well as called me in the morning asking if they could wash/patch it up first before replacing my tire. Small things like that. Cade White from the service team was fantastic and communicative. Can’t see myself not going through Lexus of Lincoln for any car needs in my future. More
