I've used Lexus of Jax for service on my Lexus IS 300 multiple times and am always happy. It is amazing that I can even tell if Lexus has balanced the tires vs the tire dealer I purchased them from. Yes, they cost more than other auto service dealers, but well worth it every time! And, I know from experience that just because two dealers are owned by the same group (Brumos, in this case), they are not necessarily equal in quality of service.
