Larry Berry always takes the time to explain to me what repairs need to be done on my car and any other questions that I may have concerning the car. The new facilities are very nice and it makes it much easier to pull the car in for service. More
An unscheduled visit to the serevice department, because of a sudden icon light, was handled in a very prompt and courteous manner. Though it was late aftrnoon, approx 4 pm, the service staff jumped on it i of a sudden icon light, was handled in a very prompt and courteous manner. Though it was late aftrnoon, approx 4 pm, the service staff jumped on it immediately with diligence and in reasonably short time advised it was due to an erroneous setting and they had run a series of tests to insure there was no further action required. There was no charge. That is what I call outstanding customer service! More
The Lexus dealership was in the midst of transitioning to the newly renovated building when I was there to purchase my car (my 2nd Lexus from the same dealership). But never the less, the entire staff never skipped a beat in providing nothing less than superior service. I wanted for nothing; be it a chair for my niece, directions to the restroom or a bottle of water. But what made the environment appear so pleasant is that I never had to seek anyone out for assistance. Everyone of any position was available to assist me, regardless of what they may have been in the middle of doing. Not one single person ever passed me by without acknowledging me. Don was extra attentive to my needs and concerns, just as he was the first time he and I worked together on my 1st Lexus. Chuck spent time having meaningful conversations with me when Don was in the middle of taking care of business. And Alex was as warm and kind as anyone could be. He took time to discuss the details of the contract to be sure things were tailored to my exact needs. I can't imagine ever shopping anywhere else nor driving anything other than what Lexus of Jacksonville has to offer. Please be sure to let everyone know how grateful I am and what an exceptional job they perform on a daily basis. More
My 2007 IS250 was in for 60,000 mile service. My overall experience was excellent. The entire service team was professional snd attentive. The remodeled service center is inviting & comfortable. First went in for a recall on my 2005 RX330 in December and while I was waiting I wanted to talk to someone about upgrading my vehicle and was referred to Michael Green. We weren't ready to buy yet, but h and while I was waiting I wanted to talk to someone about upgrading my vehicle and was referred to Michael Green. We weren't ready to buy yet, but he did stay in touch with us until we were ready to come back in January. We made an appointment on a Saturday, but didn't get there until around 4:00 PM....we had to wait for a refrigerator to be delivered. Anyway, we did purchase a car and Michael was very patient with me because originally I wanted the loaner car I had back in December, but was not available. He showed us other cars like the one I drove in December, but I wasn't satisfied. However, there was a 2013 RX 350 on display in the show room that he thought I would love and eventually I did. Everyone was waiting patiently, from the Manager, the Finance Manager and Michael to accommodate us that night and we didn't feel pressured into making a decision that night and ended up keeping them there until 9:00PM....way past closing time. But we didn't purchase the car and drove away with it that night. Michael even took all the stickers off for me that night. He is very accommodating, friendly and funny. Great job and love, love, my car....... More

I gave 5 star reviews to Ron Poblacion because of his excellent customer service and also the quality of the work done on our Lexus. We travel over an hour just to get to this dealership from Palm Coast, excellent customer service and also the quality of the work done on our Lexus. We travel over an hour just to get to this dealership from Palm Coast, but it's worth the drive. Looking forward to coming back again and hopefully will be able to work with Ron again next time. More
