My 2021 Es250 battery died I called 1-800-25-Lexus and was connected to Lexus Road service, they sent out Road Service then once it was jump started I went to the dealership on Atlantic Blvd and was greet was connected to Lexus Road service, they sent out Road Service then once it was jump started I went to the dealership on Atlantic Blvd and was greeted immediately and explained that I just spoke to road service and told to go get my battery checked Paula took great care of me &they replaced the battery with a new one. She was awesome they all were start to finish.Thanks so much! More
