Outstanding Service I was recently at Brumos Lexus for service because I had just caught a screw in one of my tires. Since I could still drive the car I immediate went in I was recently at Brumos Lexus for service because I had just caught a screw in one of my tires. Since I could still drive the car I immediate went in and without an appointment. The tire was unrepairable but since the tire was under warranty Tony Yu immediately offered to replace it and get me on my way. I was in and out in far less time than I thought it would take. Tony was extremely courteous during the entire process. Great job! Thank you. More

Buying a Car at Brumos Lexus of Jacksonville! While having a new car is exciting and fun, buying one can be anything but that. I have now owned two Lexus LS cars. After my first LS was totaled; an While having a new car is exciting and fun, buying one can be anything but that. I have now owned two Lexus LS cars. After my first LS was totaled; and my husband Bill and I were able to get out of that car without a scratch, we vowed to have a Lexus from that point on. Chemistry has to be right for any sale to happen. When we went into the dealership to find another LS Certified pre-owned car, after the accident, something wasn't happening to give either of us that chemistry. Then Davin Tillman, was asked to step in and without a doubt, there was chemistry. A quiet, soft spoken, man, we soon realized that Davin had the patience to listened to our story about the accident and understood why it was important for us to find another LS. The "right" LS. He helped us to do that. Fast forward many years, when it was time to get another car, Bill said, I'm calling Davin. Davin had left such a good impression, that years later, we had not forgotten him! How had Davin managed to leave that good impression? Easy, to answer. His patience to simply listen, while we sorted out the pro's and con's of buying the car we wanted; and his ability to give us the information we needed to make the best decision we could. That's a salesman's art - not to get nervous when your customer does!! Knowing that you have already made the sale, it's just a matter of which one and how. I found the car I wanted easily. I love the ES sedan I found. Then I went to work on convincing Bill that he too was long over due for a trade in. He started looking at a pre-owned RX. Davin had mentioned early on, that we could always think about leasing a car. Bill found the one he wanted, Davin started to draw up the paper work, and as Bill was thinking, he started asking about the lease program. Then more patience on Davin's part, as the decision to look at a totally different car was made and the numbers redone, and all the while with a smile. By now we had been at the dealership a couple of hours! Yes, it was a pleasure to come back to Brumos Lexus and find Davin Tillman still there, so knowledgeable about his products, and more than willing to ride out our objections until the sale was made. The chemistry was so good not only did we buy one car, we bought two! Thank YOU Davin, for making our experience even better this time around!! Thank you Lexus for having and keeping such a wonderful sales person. I also want to mention, David Elaty, the Financial Service Manager that did our paperwork. Thank you for making that process so easy to do, David!! All in all, it was a most pleasant experience! More

Lexus service My service was excellent beginning with the phone call to make the appointment. I was greeted quickly and courteously. As always Larry was knowledgeable as to what needed to be serviced and checked. The vehicle was ready before it was promised. My only complaint is that after leaving the dealership I noticed when I tried to adjust the outside mirrors neither could be adjusted. I left in the lunch traffic and I had fight my way back through the traffic to return to the dealership without the use of my outside mirrors. The car washers had apparently fowled up the mirrors and they had to be readjusted. I was a bit disappointed when I returned home and found that a card had been sent to me offering a 10% discount.
