Service Experience I have used this Lexus dealer since 2003 when I purchased my 2001 RX300. I have generally had a good experience with my service rep. I have found some I have used this Lexus dealer since 2003 when I purchased my 2001 RX300. I have generally had a good experience with my service rep. I have found some reps to be more personable than others but my overall opinion of the service is good. I have always had a loaner car which enabled me to leave my vehicle and not have to worry about getting a ride to or from work, which was a big plus for me. I think that the work that has been done on my car was done properly and I have always done anything that was recommended in order to keep the car in good shape. I feel the prices are a bit high but I consider the use of a car as a balance to the price of some of the work. I will continue to take my RX300 in as long as I have it and I am hopeful that when I need to get a new car, the dealership will give me a reasonable trade in on my vehicle seeing as they have all the records since it was new prior to my purchase of it. Again, Lexus of Jax has been a good experience and I would recommend them for service and sales. Thank you. More
