If I wanted CarMax, I would have gone to CarMax As a 3-time buyer from this particular dealership, I thought I might buy again from here - boy, was I wrong. After days of negotiating back and forth on a Certified Pre-Owned with no movement at all from the dealership, they finally disclosed that they use a "here's the price - take it or leave it" pricing model so untransparent that it was mind-boggling - this is the CarMax pricing model at it's finest. They wasted my time and theirs and they have also lost a customer . . . forever. When I reached out to discuss this with mgmt, I received the standard salesy xx which did nothing but frustrate me further. Needless to say, I'm done buying anything from this dealership - I will find a Lexus dealership that deals fairly and negotiates to a mutually beneficial end. More
