Yes and No Colt provided excellent service even though he was contained by the dealership and couldn't solve a problem that arose before the warranty expired. The Orange Park dealership promised to repair this issue and may have avoided to document in my repair records. Oh, well. Live and learn. I will return for service only if Colt continues in your employment. Otherwise, mhmm, we'll see. The service to the car appears appropriate, though in the past, the service to the tires has laceds fine tuning. We'll see. So, I would recommend you for service, though probably not for other aspects such as making warranty service promises and not documenting them. This is bad form. More

Michael is an awesome salesperson as reflected by his patience with me as a skeptical and undecided buyer. I asked lots and lots of questions and Michael answered or got answers for all of them. He offered purchase options (e.g. lease or finance) and showed much patience as I vacillated between them. I respect Michael's honesty and professionalism which made it easy to related to him. NIKKI was also very professional, sensitive to my reservations and provided information that helped me make up my mind. These two saw to every detail. Lastly, Gabriel was/is wonderful! He has helped me understand and fully appreciate all the features my car offers in a manner that is comfortable for me. Because of these Brumos employees, I had a seamless and pleasurable experience. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
