I brought my Lexus GS 350 into Lexus of Jacksonville today with the complaint of the car not responding to the FOB. My Service Rep. was Larry Berry. It was not a problem of the FOB’s battery but the FOB today with the complaint of the car not responding to the FOB. My Service Rep. was Larry Berry. It was not a problem of the FOB’s battery but the FOB!s mechanism. After ruling out other potential causes it was recalibrated and now is working well. I have to give a sincere thank you to Larrry and the Service Dept. for recognizing and resolving the problem. Paula is a very courteous and knowledgeable service advisor. Met me at my car for the appointment and quickly prepared paperwork; showed me the loaner car and suggested that I have breakfast while she advisor. My car needed additional work, that I suspected, and I received a video of the brakes . Estimate was included, which I approved electronically and received a voice mail from Paula that my car was ready for pickup. Returned rental and collected the paperwork and was on my way.
