Had service in a scheduled appointment on 3:30 pm. Typical 30 minute process was told max of 1 hour. With no update it ended at 6:30 pm after dealer is closed. Issue with service advisors normal may have bad days but manager ignored Lexus customer service ignored general manager ignored after two official complaints. They missed two Lexus deadlines. I traveled long distance despite having many oil change shops near my house but expected for top customer and service experience. Lexus was great in the past and had a great disappointment after this issue. Asking for honoring coupon became a shame for the dealer. They want to serve super rich. They did not talk look elsewhere and no value to customer. Other service guys says hi but they wont help speeding up unnecessary wait and issues from by advisor that customer had to endure the drama that is going on. Still waiting for a response…… More

I was a little disappointed with the results because George told me because I had purchased my battery at Lexus only a year ago, I would get a NEW battery to replace the one I had. Instead, my battery w George told me because I had purchased my battery at Lexus only a year ago, I would get a NEW battery to replace the one I had. Instead, my battery was recharged after waiting almost 4 hours. I had already paid $95 to recharge it to get to Lexus. George told me I could have it checked from time to time and to drive it more. Am I supposed to have the same battery recharged every year around this time for 3 years? More
