Always friendly, and fast. You drive up and are greeted immediately then escorted into the service area. All the amenities are there, snacks, coffee, water etc. I love the text You drive up and are greeted immediately then escorted into the service area. Alex greeted me at the front. He is always friendly & welcoming. James was my service agent. He found me in the waiting room & sat down & explained to me what they will doing to m He is always friendly & welcoming. James was my service agent. He asked if I knew where the restrooms were & told me to help myself to some coffee, snacks & water. When he came back we sat in an office & we went over what was done to my car & he informed me that I had 2 recalls on my car that they addressed & I appreciate that.
