Tito DeLeon and the Japanese gentlemen who handled our finance were exemplary, could not ask for better people. Overall we were disappointed in the dealership. Lady at front desk was nice enough, but the guy sitting there seemed to have an attitude toward Tito. Sensed this more than once. Sales staff seemed to mope around, never asked if we needed anything despite us looking at cars. Called in and nobody answered the phone, Tito ended up taking the message and he found me an IS 500 real quick. I can see why he’s your top sales producer, the others don’t seem to care. Stood out front in 110 degree heat looking at used Lexus to trade the wife’s car in on, nobody came out. We’ve been to service with both cars we bought in one day, it is too slow and nobody follows up. Twice I’ve had to track somebody down to see what’s up, wife is not impressed one bit. Without Tito I would have gone across town. Love the cars, dealership could use a little adjusting. More
