Sucks because I have had a good experience here before, but this time Tyler the person who helped me, forgot to tell me my car was ready, and only told me once I asked him almost 6 hours later for an updat but this time Tyler the person who helped me, forgot to tell me my car was ready, and only told me once I asked him almost 6 hours later for an update, after he said it would only take “a couple hours”. Then when I asked for a lyft back he said ok, but never sent one and I waited 30 minutes and realized I wasn't gonna get a response and had someone drop me off at the dealership only to find out that Tyler's office was locked and lights were off, so I went to the other service manager for him to help me get my car, Im sure this just happen to be a bad day because like I said, I believe Tyler was the one that was super helpful with me in the past with my car. Just sucks I had to go through it. Especially cause I needed a car. More

Service manager was great. However, when I came to pick up my car after a simple oil change, I had to wait almost 40 minutes until my manager was free. Lexus of Henderson is beyond amazing🤩 They not only provided a solution that I'm more than happy to accept to fix my vehicle, but they also provided a rental vehicle that is top of the line and new bas provided a solution that I'm more than happy to accept to fix my vehicle, but they also provided a rental vehicle that is top of the line and new basically. A very bad mistake on the purchase date was made in the EDRS! Instead of year 2024 someone typed in 2021. Upon online registration I saw a charge of $4000+. Being from out of town I had thought Nevada’s EDRS! Instead of year 2024 someone typed in 2021. Upon online registration I saw a charge of $4000+. Being from out of town I had thought Nevada’s registration was much more expensive than California and New York! I almost paid it. Good thing I checked the detailed charges and saw some items indicated penalty and late charges, etc. Puzzled, I immediately stopped the online process and went to DMV to clarify. That’s when I was told about the wrong date. More
