Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

I was given an estimate over the phone for oil change and multi point inspection for 149$ When I arrived I was surprised that the price went over $200 with no inspections at all and with regular oil not syn multi point inspection for 149$ When I arrived I was surprised that the price went over $200 with no inspections at all and with regular oil not synthetic one . When I confronted the guy he said: oh because your car is old we can give some inspections but the price is going to be the same and regular oil. I feel I have been taken advantage of may be because I am old and I have an accent. And things were twisted because I called twice and they confirmed it is $149 with multipoint inspections and fluid toppings and everything else. I was disappointed in this experience although I was planning to do all the work and services in your dealership, now I am hesitant.. More
