My lease was coming to an end and I thought seriously about leaving Lexus and going with a lesser vehicle; I mentioned it to David and he said let’s talk a minute and we walked out to the sales floor and by the afternoon I was in a new lease handled by another kind young man by the name of Martel. Martel was terrific. According to someone passing by he should have been gone but he stayed patiently with me, it must have been almost 10 pm. He walked around the vehicle and found two black marks and immediately took it back to the shop to make sure it was something that could be rub out. He stress I needed to be happy. I asked a lot of questions and addressed them . I would purchase from Martel again and or refer him to others. My experience was a 10+ “It had to be” as this is my 3rd lease with you & I own 2 older models Wanda Hudson PS I was working with a group of ladies that were helping with a cancer walk and I’m must also say that Craig GM donated cases of water to help us out.
