Friendly staff & reasonable timing I drove up for a walk-in oil change on a holiday. I was greeted right away by the valet guy. I arrived a little after 11am, which may be the reason that there was only a muffin and few bagels left. A very pleasant and rewarding experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Martrell Fantroy, a very friendly and informative Sales Representative. After I told Martrell what I was looking for he showed me the used Owner Certified Cars that fit my requirements. After this review, we discussed the facts and circumstances of each car that I had looked at. As I narrowed my selection down to 2 cars, we again discussed the positives and negatives of each and from there, I was able to make my decision. The process was straight forward and professional on Martrell's part and I signed off on the car I had selected. The paper work associated with the purchase took a little longer than expected due to some items not associated with my purchase, but it was done without any issues. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and professional. I want to comment Martrell on his approach.., it was great. More
