He tried to get my car serviced as quick as possible, when he found out they didn’t have the tire i needed he g Tyler as always was helpful and great. The reason for 1 less star is when i called to make the initial service appointment the woman i spoke with i felt could have been more accommodating. I asked if a loaner was possible since i had to go to work and i knew i would have to drop my car off over night since it was a last minute squeeze in and she said they do not do those for these type of services, but i have been offered loaners in the past for more simple service than this one so i didn’t understand why this time was any different. So i asked if i could get a ride home and she said they only run from 1-3, so i asked if i can get a ride home in that time frame so i can make it home in time for work. She said there were other clients who scheduled rides so she wasn’t sure when i would be taken home. She told me she would get me in at 1:20 but that time was cutting it close for me so i asked if i could just drop it off and pick it up the following day, but even for that i had to schedule a time with no accommodation for me to get home. I usually don’t complain but With a high end brand such as Lexus i felt that this time it was missing that little extra help. More
