Incredible car buying experience! From the initial introduction, we felt welcomed and comfortable. It was not like other dealerships where you feel the pressure to buy or that the sale From the initial introduction, we felt welcomed and comfortable. It was not like other dealerships where you feel the pressure to buy or that the sales person is cold and just about selling at the highest price. Our sales person Was Tito and he was friendly, honest, and really listened to our needs when it came to what we were really looking for in a vehicle. He also quickly skipped the haggle and told us what he was able to do because like he mentioned “it’s about having your business for life” not just making a single sale. So we got the lowest price possible and it was truly A DEAL! Not only was Tito amazing, but everyone we came in contact with was warm and willing to help. Also, they made a couple promises and after the purchase they reached out to set up an appointment to fulfill the promises they had made! Honestly, it has been the best car buying experience of my life. It can be a bit of a drive for some (including me) but i promise it is well worth it! I will continue all my Lexus needs at this location despite the distance! More
