Messrs. Kelly Kennedy, and Brian Torpy proved again "THE DEALERSHIP KNOWS BEST!!!" Last week my LS460 would not start. AAA and the tow company mechanic sai Kelly Kennedy, and Brian Torpy proved again "THE DEALERSHIP KNOWS BEST!!!" Last week my LS460 would not start. AAA and the tow company mechanic said the battery was fine, and a new starter/ alternator was needed. Both Messrs. Kelly Kennedy, and Brian Torpy displayed a high level of customer service/relations by explaining clearly the variables prior to the tow in. After a thorough inspection, a dead battery proved to be the problem. Their high level of communication was invaluable!! Thank you very much More
