Excellent Experience and Customer Service! We bought our first Lexus (certified, pre-owned) just yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Todd Sanders, Fred Omar (his manager, I believe), We bought our first Lexus (certified, pre-owned) just yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Todd Sanders, Fred Omar (his manager, I believe), and Joseph Arrighi. While we were recommended by a family member to work with Fred (who has been extremely patient and friendly), we were referred to Todd since Fred was managing several other cases. We didn't know what to expect- Low and behold, Todd was an EXCELLENT salesperson, with a great balance of knowledge, pragramatism, and empathy for his customers individual preferences and situation. Not once did we feel pressurized or pushed to buy the car, and he was extremely patient and helpful throughout our long decision-making process. He worked very hard to help us check every car we were interested in on the lot, and multiple times went the extra mile by double or triple checking to see if even a marked "sold" car that we were interested in might have still been available by some chance, as we were highly interested in its features. Todd was not lazy at all, and you could tell he genuinely loves his job and wants to help people find the right fit for a car. Hence, again I'll mention he wasn't pushy for even a second and in fact was very understanding even in times of the process when we were stressed out by insurance questions and other related items. His colleague/sales manager (I believe) Fred Omar was also extremely kind. They really worked with us to give us the best price they could, and unlike other salesmen, they didn't appear stressed or rushed. They were relaxed which really made a difference and allowed us to really take our time to make a well thought out decision. After working with Todd and finally making the sale, we were referred to Joseph Arrighi who does the paperwork and the DMV stuff. Joseph himself was an excellent orator, I have never worked with another finance/paperwork person that has been so clear and detailed, making sure we understood everything about our purchase, even if the salesperson had already explained it to us. Joseph was extremely patient with us and for that we are thankful. Once the car was ready, we mentioned to Todd that a couple of items still needed to be cleaned. Though it was 10pm at night, he didn't bat an eye and immediately took the car back to have it detailed once more- in fact he insisted everything be done well before we left the hot. I suspect he did some of the follow-up tidying to the car himself, as it was late and yet he didn't complain. Honestly it was a great experience and we are thankful to have worked which such helpful people. Overall, if you ever consider Magnussen Lexus, we highly recommend the Fremont location with Todd Sanders, or Fred Omar. They will take care of you and offer excellent customer service! More

He even went out of his way to have the exact color of car I wanted shipped from LA!! Since then, I've been very satisfied with my car and having it serviced almost exclusively at Fremont Lexus. The service manager, Monte Munoz, is awesome and genuinely cares. He leads a team of very good service advisors who provide excellent service and have always bent over to take care of my car. As always, the dealership itself is very luxurious and nice; just being there is elevating. I highly recommend Fremont Lexus both for new purchases and service! It's a great experience with both the car and the dealership that will make life a bit easier. More

After debates and test driving other model cars, Friday night at 8pm somehow we ended up at Magnussen Lexus where we bought our first Lexus ES 350. We were simply browsing and one vehicle caught my wife's eye. Steve Yi was out ensuring all the vehicles were locked and we didn't even know he is the finance/sales manager. We found a vehicle my wife really enjoyed and asked Steve if we could come back Sat Morning to test drive the vehicle. To make a long story short. Steve went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase from start to finish. Steve is a true professional and knows the vehicles very well both inside and out. He figured me out real quick that I'm meticulous when it comes to cars. He had the crew detail the car for final inspection prior to us doing the paperwork. Joey your finance manager is also a very professional in his craft was able to even get us a better finance rate through a different lender. So far we are very happy with our second purchase from Magnussen! Thank you gentlemen for a stress free visit and assisting us with the purchase of our new RC 350! What really sets Magnussen apart from other dealerships is the commitment from their staff that they will make sure that you are 110% satisfied even after you leave with the vehicle purchase, and not to mention a 4 year unlimited mile warranty to include the next 6 maintenance included in the price of this particular vehicle we purchased.
