Left feeling a little taken advantage of So I went there because they were advertising a used Honda and I was buying a car for my mom. Salesman was nice and seemed honest. Decided to pay a little more and but froma dealer rather than a private party for piece of mind. Should have just saved my money. I was an easy sale for them. Paid cash and also paid full price. Didn’t haggle with them. I told him just make sure you’re giving me a good car for my mom and I’ll pay your price. He assured me they will stand behind the vehicle. I paid cash late Wednesday night and got the keys and picked the car up the next morning. When I picked up the car I noticed rat a daytime running light was out on one side. Didn’t notice the night before because you couldn’t tell with the headlights on. I called the Honda dealer and found out it will be $1,200 to replace it. I called the dealer back and told them what happened. All within an hour of picking up the car. The salesman told me he was off the next two days and he would get back to me over the weekend after he talks to his sales manager. Weekend came and I called him and he said to bring the car back in so they can look at it and said we would work something out. Said he would call me to give me a day to drop the car off. Well, I’ve called him several times and sent him a couple texts and no response. Been a week now. They sold me a car with a broken light and won’t work with me. That’s fine, but if I was going to get lied to by the salesman and they won’t stand behind what they sell I should have just saved money and bought from a private party. Or at least haggled on the price. Now I feel taken advantage of. Will never go back there More

Overall a very pleasant experience Costco auto program referred me to Magnussen Lexus. I met Fred Omar at the dealership who showed me the ES300h that I wanted and the pricing. Two days Costco auto program referred me to Magnussen Lexus. I met Fred Omar at the dealership who showed me the ES300h that I wanted and the pricing.
