MR HERNANDEZ - PLEASE STOP MIXING THE FACTS. I am fully aware of the situation and it was not a bribe. During your phone conversation, he offered a $1000 settlement and you accepted it. Later that day you posted several negative reviews (Google, Yelp, Dealerrater, CarGuru, etc.). He then contacted you and explained to you that anytime we make a settlement offer to a customer, the customer is required to sign a General Release Form. This document ROUTINELY includes a non-disparagement clause which requires the customer to refrain from making negative public comments about the dealership or the Auto Group and/or remove any previously posted negative comments. He was not bribing you - you posted these reviews AFTER he made the good faith offer. You stated that the passenger side window of your car had been broken during the previous time that it had been stolen and implied that it was on the lot with the window still broken. This was absolutely not the case. The vehicle was on our lot because you had brought it to us to repair damage incurred in a PREVIOUS theft and one of those repairs involved fixing the window - which had been done. The vehicle was securely locked and the key was in a lockbox inside the dealership. The vehicle was every bit as secure as if you had parked it in the parking lot at work or in the parking lot at the mall. You also stated that we charged your insurance company $9009.17 "Despite my car being stolen on their lot" - Not true. The $9009.17 was the cost of repairs that we had completed to fix the damage the vehicle sustained when it was stolen from you previously from a completely different location. I cannot guarantee that the $1000 good faith settlement offer still stands; that is something to be decided by the General Manager; however, if the offer still stands, then you WILL be required to sign the General Release Form. Everyone please refer to my instagram @rcfstolenatlexusfremont for full details of this case. I posted all videos, photos, emails of the proof to show LEXUS FREMONT NEGLIGENCE! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! According to Fremont Police report that Scott Howell filed. It states that their security cameras was not functioning at the dealership during the time of incident due to ongoing renovations/ construction. In the audio recording, Scott Howell, the service manager stated that they pulled my car onto the street. Normally, their protocol is to pull the cars around the backside in order to bring the car into the service drive but they were doing renovations which led to my car being stolen. So you secured my key in a lock box but failed to secure my car? is this not what you call NEGLIGENCE?
