We visited numerous dealerships, and encountered bait and switch scenarios, unhelpful staff, or cars that didn't meet our asks. Thankfully, we can across CTE Auto Group. The level of professionalism and care exhibited by JC and the staff at CTE was second to none. From our first phone call, to the end of the process, it was smooth sailing. We let them know about the car we were interested in, and when we arrived, it was already out front looking great and ready for a test drive. The vehicle was in impeccable shape, as advertised. Satisfied with the condition of the car, we got down to business. We shared our price expectations, and quickly came to an agreement that was amicable to both parties. We didn't feel pressured, and were able to be very straightforward regarding our limitations. JC and the management team worked with us, and made us feel like we were their priority - not just a random customer walking through their door. We were unable to pick up the car that same day due to logistics issues on our end, so I was going to come back on the weekend to wrap up the paperwork. JC went the extra mile (literally!) and picked me up from my house so we could begin enjoying our car at an earlier date. Really made a great impression on us, seeing the lengths they'd go to in insuring our happiness.
